REFLECTION
A Generative and Interactive Work that Inspires Audience Creativity
Temple of Light presents REFLECTION, a Danny Rose Studio original generative and interactive artwork that makes it possible for visitors to see their own reflection in the fourth state of matter: Plasma.
Plasma Reflection is designed like a distorting mirror which would turn the matter of those who are facing it. The silhouettes of those who stand or move in front of the sensor are diffused in space and are subject to the turbulence generated by the magnetic field. The artwork is alive, just like the participants who are inspired to move freely.
The artwork is realized in collaboration with PLAS@PAR Labex, Sorbonne University’s cluster of excellence focused on Plasma Physics, in partnership with Centre Pompidou.
